Ris Grandeur

A homely 3-bedder apartment drenched in earthy tones for a family of four. After staying in the apartment for 15 years, the homeowners decided to give their home a new lease of life with a makeover.

The kitchen now is jazzed up with soothing greens and sleek silver handles to match the chrome and black appliances.

One of the homeowners, being an audiophile, requested for a good sound system. However, the challenge is to hide all unsightly wires and cables that came with it.

Keeping that in mind, our designer worked with a half-height feature wall and a floating console with detailing that matches the fluted panel doors at the storage cabinet beside it. No single cable or wire spotted here!

Following the whole theme of the space, the earthy tones continue to the bedrooms. With soothing greens and browns.

While the space is a tad more compact, our designer managed to build in ample storage for clothes, personal belongings that add character to the space with curated items on display via glass cabinets, and even a study area!

A mirror to the other bedroom, this bedroom is consistent with the same design language running throughout the house.

The homeowners’ children are big pop art fans, and the playful comic tiles stood out while they went tile shopping. Keeping it to a minimal accent, this fun bathroom is further elevated with black detailing via the glass frames, accessories and grouting.

With careful space planning, a piano fits into the space on top of a study desk and storage solutions.
